Esther Chitheka Drops New Single 'Wafika' After Signing with Porch Time Records


Gospel singer Esther Chitheka has released her first song of the year, titled "Wafika", after being signed by Porch Time Records. The song, produced by Paul Kachala, was released on Friday morning alongside its music video.

The music video has already received an overwhelming response from music lovers. Esther Chitheka, daughter of Apostle Enesia Chitheka, lead singer of the Chitheka Family, rose to fame in 2015 after being featured in Faith Musa's song "Desperate" (Reggae Remix).

Esther Chitheka was also a lead singer in the popular music group "Zathu Band", which included renowned musicians like Theresa Phondo, Praise, Umali, Paul Kachala, Joe Kellz, and Nyokase Madise.

In 2023, Esther, along with Nathaniel Chaluchalu and Taonga Kanthungo, reached the final stage of the Voice Africa competition, a platform for top vocal talent in Africa.

With her new single "Wafika", Esther Chitheka is set to make a mark in the music industry. Her talent and experience have prepared her for this moment, and fans are eagerly awaiting her future releases.
